AWFUL! I went here to get my nails done for vacation, and I was extremely disappointed with the result. I asked for short almond nails with a white French tip. While the nail tech was applying the extensions, I noticed that they seemed very tight/small for my nail beds, so I told him about it. He responded with, “I am going to cut and file them down.” I don’t get my nails done very often, so I assumed that he meant he was going to fix the sizing. News flash!!! He didn't fix them! First time here. Went to celebrate my birthday, with my 5 year old daughter. We never do this. I got a no polish pedicure (good) and regular polish manicure. My daughter got the same, including toes polished. My lady didn’t even push back my cuticles, no oil…just a soak in water. I have paint on my cuticles. I do a way better job at home. My daughter’s nails are already chipped badly. Not even less than 24 hours later. We paid $174 y’all. Not even joking. REGULAR NAIL POLISH Y’ALL. Highway robbery. Go elsewhere.
If I could leave zero… I would Absolutely one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. I called earlier in the day specifically to ask if they did Gel-X sets. I was told yes. Nothing was mentioned about limitations on length, shape, or what they could and could not accommodate.
