I was so lucky to have Ella as my stylist! She was so much fun and picked so many beautiful dresses for me. She made me feel so comfortable and safe, and I never felt pushed to make a decision. She is truly a gem and an asset to Dion. Highly recommend requesting for her when you make an appointment here! She is the best! Thanks Ella~
From start to finish, had a lovely experience at Dion for Brides. Sheridan was simply the best: not pushy at all, honest, considerate and genuine. She actually listened to you. The other staff members we interacted with were so friendly too. The space was lovely, bright and clean, and they had hundreds of gorgeous designs.
The fact that you cannot take photos here really is to the detriment of the business. There were two dresses I was tossing up between, both over $10k and unfortunately I felt that many of the staff were pushy, and also made it clear that having a 3rd try on visit was not the norm and that if I didn’t know by visit 2, then they probably weren’t the dresses for me. Service was really great and there was a nice selection of dresses. However the fact that you cannot take photos is a complete disappointment. Every other store I attended allowed photos, and not only is it a memory building experience, but having photos to look back on helps with the decision making process (and this is a massive decision). I simply cannot understand the policy. I ended up choosing a dress at an alternative store that allowed me to take as many photos and videos as I wanted and that helped me in my decision... read more
