I rarely write negative reviews, but this one needs to be said. I booked a blow dry for a party of 3 and was quoted $65–$69 per person, confirmed as available. Instead of a blow dry, we each got a straightening job — no volume, hardly any product, and frizzy results, nothing like what we asked for or paid for. When the stylist Blanca finished, she told us the price was actually $95 each, for all 3 of us — nearly double what we were quoted, and after the service was already done. I walked in for a haircut and requested 3 inches off and I walked out with about 12 inches cut off. This is not what I asked for. I was very disappointed not only was it not what I requested but it was uneven and choppy. She proceeded to style my hair, but she did not dry it fully which caused damage on my ends from The curly iron. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed and get a treatment.

I’ve been coming here for years, and honestly I don’t let anyone else touch my hair except Blanquita. She always does an amazing job and really takes her time. What I like most is not just the haircut, but the way she treats people — she makes you feel like family/friends every time you walk in. Great service, great atmosphere, and someone you can truly trust with your hair. Highly recommend!
