I’m very disappointed with my experience using this company. I initially connected with them through Thumbtack, and they were very responsive at first—they called me right away, sent someone out, and assured me the project would be no problem. This was on a Tuesday, and I was told I’d hear back within three days. By Friday, I hadn’t heard anything and had to follow up myself.
