Jeff Dinsmore and his incredible group transformed 18 year old red oak floors into beautiful natural tones with a soft and neural appearance. The project was 1400+ square feet refinished across three levels, two staircases refinished, a third staircase fitted with completely new wood, and finished to exactly match everything else. These guys are meticulous in detail. Well done! A+
Not worth the money. While everyone we talked to was nice, they are just not thorough. If we're paying someone for a service, I expect them to be able to do it better than my husband. Unfortunately my husband had to fix several of their mistakes and have them redo things so many times to the point of giving up and doing it himself. For giving them over $7000 (twice!) I would never recommend this company to anyone. Hiring them to refinish our wood floors was a complete waste of money. The job took far longer than we were promised, with no real communication or accountability. During the process, they damaged our trim, walls, and doors — all of which had just been freshly remodeled. They did a wonderful job on my floor as one of the final parts of my house renovations. They put down marble floor in my kitchen, stripped the carpet, and refinished the floor on the rest of my house. Fantastic job!
Dinsmore flooring is fantastic. They did an excellent job repairing my hardwood floors and retiling my basement bathroom. Highly skilled and highly professional. I would recommend them to anybody.
