Unfortunately poor customer service from them. I ordered a king sized quilt and received a queen size. I was 2 days late to report the error to them. The fact still remains that they shipped me the wrong item. I paid for king not queen size. They are not returning my calls or emails. They are not taking responsibility for their mistake and I am left with quilt I cannot use and out of money. Whether I was 2 days late they could exchange the item for the right one!
