Exceptional personal customer service from a small company that makes big things happen! We came from Orlando to purchase one of their detailed custom carts and well worth the trip !! We shopped and shopped for Golf Carts and it came down to DiNovo! They built ours exactly how we wanted it and we LOVE it! Fantastic experience working with Pete and Pete! Never pushy and super honest. Very knowledgeable, and they helped us build our dream cart for leisure and off roading. Prompt response time to my stream of questions! They continue to answer me too after delivery 😀 I’ve already seen a few “DiNovo” carts riding around my neighborhood and hope to see more since we are trying to spread the word! We love our DiNovo cart!
After shopping a few places and personal adds I contacted this location. prompt response for a time to look for a surprise for my husband. I needed just a couple minor tweeks such as a new seat and different Wheels. that was all done in the afternoon and delivered in the evening of purchase. Perfect surprise for my husband. Perfect company to work with, thank you!
Pete and his Dad were very helpful and really know their business. They took a lot of time answering our multitude of questions, were never pushy! We are super happy with our purchase!
