I had a detailed technical question about an RV furnace fan delay switch they sell which doesn't work with the wiring diagram they provide. Got no responses. Don't bother using their Customer Service form on their Customer Service portion of their website. They don't even acknowledge that they received your inquiry.
They might have the boards but they do NOT have any real wisdom on conversational tone phone calls. You get what you deserve and when the chip market dries up, so will your little outfit.
