This company developed the building I live in, and we have had consistent issues since moving in including roof leaks, an irrigation system that was incorrectly built and has caused damage, an emergency door that was able to be opened from the outside where someone was able to break into our building, and worst of all, a parking stacker system that has resulted in tens of thousands of dollars in repairs, and it still doesn't work. Do not let them work on your building development project.
