Shaulee is very reliable with a strong work ethic. Her communication is effective and concise. She is a team player with top-notch problem solving skills. She always has a positive attitude.
The team is always so helpful in answering questions. Mike and the maintenance crew even helped me move some of my things when they seen me trying to move some heavy things alone at the Papillion location.
Everyone I've spoken with at headquarters has been very helpful. Catherine, Alicia, Leroy, Jen, and Dawn are always able to assist me when I need to make payments and are very patient. The couple times I've spoken with the collections team Nikka, Jeanette and Shaulee they've been very kind and willing to work with me.
