Hi Nariiah, I had a great experience and you guys, Barry was the manager back in 2022, came in clutch. I am grateful to have been able to store my items while transitioning to my next stage of life. If I ever need another storage unit, I would absolutely use Dino's again.

Most incompetent organization I’ve dealt with, ever. Constant billing errors, left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Charged payments assigned to the wrong units (June 2025), card payments charged but not credited (July 2025). When you call the the office to try to resolve, it’s always some other department’s fault, managers aren’t available. They actually cut my lock once due to a billing error on their part. If you are looking for lame excuses and no answers, you found the place.
