Dinos storage at 192nd and Q is a great spot for storage clean and easy access. The people are wonderful to work with and take time to make sure all is going well for us. It was a pleasure renting storage from them. Thanks to all. Joan and Ralph

My experience at this time has been awful we rented a large unit from Dinos to house all our belongings as part of a move. In November we moved into our home the same day I arranged with Barry to transfer to a smaller unit for the items we didn’t want to bring to our new home. He said it was fine and we signed new paperwork and moved before December. That’s when the trouble began and we learned Barry is useless. Be prepared to be charged for several extra months despite following their instructions and filling out the move out form in advance of moving out. I’ve had to block their charges from my bank as their call center doesn’t have any information to assist either. Stay far away. The manager Barry is also very unorganized and has been less than pleasant throughout this entire experience as well. 0/5 if possible.

Great experience until today. I was meeting someone to retrieve a cabinet from my unit, and couldn’t get in. My code seemed to work but would time out before the doors would open. This is the second storage facility where I have run into code/entering issues. Tried several times/ways to get ahold of someone but still have not heard from anyone. On a day a lot of people are off from work and trying to get a few things done the timing to fail customers was the worst.

Barry, was easy to work with. The facility is clean and updated. Will rent from them in the future.
