I called to see if there was a phone number for the 28th and Douglas location. They never goes to headquarters. I tried to explain that my daughter‘s car broke down on the way home from work and that that was the only thing close by to push it into that. I was working on getting a tow truck this morning because unfortunately, the hard to get a hold of on Sunday nights, especially to go into Iowa from Nebraska. Just got my first storage unit at Dino's off of Douglas. The manager I worked with , Tyler, was extremely nice and accommodating. I was pleasently surprised by how transparent he made the process, he even hooked me up with some serious discounts! I got a 10×5 climate controlled unit to reduce clutter in my place for a very affordable rate. If you're looking for a storage unit in downtown Omaha, I highly recommend reaching out to Tyler!
