Tyler was the best! As a college student having to find a nice, affordable unit and Dinos Storage was the best! They are so caring and always available and willing to help with anything!
I ended the lease on my storage unit in February and every month up to now, May, I am charged again for a unit I do not have. Every month I have to email the same associate to refund me and they tell me they’ve turned off the recurring charge only to be charged again. I called headquarters and they told me to get in touch with that particular associate. I will of course be calling corporate now. A nightmare.
