Beware of new management... I rented a storage unit here in 2014 for a few months when I first moved back to Iowa. Everything went smoothly and I moved on, even recommended this spot to family when they were moving around. Fast forward to 2020 when I get a collections notice saying I’m overdue on a payment to them. I have never been past due for a bill in my life so I call the office. RecommendedThe lovely young lady working, I believe her name was Kimberlee was phenomenally helpful. She walked me through the entire process step by step and helped me get the proper unit for me. She was by far the sweetest person I have ever come across, unbelievable customer service. I will be sure to recommend her to anyone I know looking for a storage locker.
