They’re just OK but they have the most backwards access policy. Once a month they change the gate code and you have to call them on the seventh or eighth of the month. If you don’t call and you need to access your storage unit on a Saturday or Sunday or after hours you can’t get in, even though you’re fully paid up, it is the most backward process. I moved to Omaha from the East coast in September. From my first contact with Dino's Storage I had a very positive experience, first with Diane and then with the manager of Cedardale, Kim. Both were helpful, friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to answer my many questions and provide helpful tips. I've probably rented a dozen or more units over the years and have to say, this was the best experience!

I have rented a storage locker for many years in Winnipeg and not happy with the increases every year anyways I do have to say your manager Karin Rice has been the best manager you have so far she goes out of her way returns phone calls on time and has the best people skills to deal with customers.
