Don't ever get involved with this clown show. If Whirlpool or Lowe's says that's who will be doing a warranty repair, you should strongly request another company. They came out to repair a dryer that had been working fine the previous 8 months but started failing and tripping the circuit breaker. It's on one of my rental units, so I was not present during the repair, but my tenant said the repairman was "creepy". Definitely stalling during holidays. Work ethic and customer interface lacks professionalism. I would rather order a new unit from China than deal with these lackadaisical clowns.
Terrible customer service and left my washer worse off than before they got there! BEWARE! This company was recommended by Maytag as an authorized company. Yesterday, we had this company come to our house to fix a small leak that we had in the front/bottom of our washer. When the tech arrived (Steven) he didn't walk me through or explain anything that he was doing.
