I had a contract to buy a home Agent Sinopoli son owns and was misled about a light structure that I believed was on said property that shone way too much light on said property. When I applied for Chelco Electric on December 29 I was informed light was on neighbors property and I needed permission from neighbor to shield or remove light. I asked neighbor who refused.
