I am writing this review to warn other parents about the inconsistent care and questionable treatment plans at this dental office. My daughter had dental work done here Sept 2025 and it has been a nightmare ever since. Immediately after the procedure, I noticed a visible and concerning gash in her mouth. Since then the entire side where the work was done has remained extremely sensitive and painful. The staff was super friendly and so so kind. I am so glad I took my daughter her for her first visit to the dentist. It was such a a great experience. The dental hygienist and dentist made me feel so comfortable as a mom and made my daughter have fun especially for it being a new experience for her. I highly highly recommend this place and can’t wait to continue to go here. The front desk staff was also super friendly and made setting an appointment easy and checking in a breeze.
*Military families beware!* Extremely disappointed in Dino Kids Dental! We have been going to and loving this office for the last 3.5 years. I have had no complaints - they make going to the dentist fun for my kids and as a person with severe dental trauma from my childhood, I loved that my kids wouldn’t experience what I did and would hopefully grow to have a great experience with dentists.
