My daughter just had her first successful cleaning and the team was amazing! The dental hygienist made her feel so welcomed, and it was clear she loves what she does! Dr. Garcia was very genuine and down to earth and made sure we understood everything! My daughter’s already asking when she can go back, thank you so much!
I’m sure the service is great, but as far as up front staff there definitely needs to be better communication. Scheduled my son’s first visit & was promised a call back to discuss payment after insurance. Never received a call back. Then the number I use to call back that they called from is telling me the number is no longer in service. Not only that, but there was nothing told me to me via call or email or text on what to bring to the first visit. So i just ended up cancelling all services. After the new dentist took over (male) everything has changed for the best. We’ve been going here for a few yrs and the previous dentist was extremely SLOW(female) and now the new guy is amazing, efficient and great with referrals. My son now has braces because of his referral and attentiveness. Much improvement and I’m happier with the staff. For a while the assistants/ hygienists were not great with the kids especially kids who were neurodivergent. Now it’s a great kid friendly environment and everyone is so respectful.
Always so gentle and kind with my kiddos!!
