Wow, this place has seriously gone downhill! We were seated by a very snotty hostess, basically had to beg her for someone to wait on us after no one bothered to come to our table and got snotty looks while they tried to figure out who to have wait on us. Took almost an hour to get 2 trays of pizza, was never asked if we needed anything else and had to ask for more to drink when they brought the check over. when you arrive and see the sign on the on the front door no food or beverage brought in from the outside why would you have to have this secondly when you get in there don't order water or soda from the tap it's horrible and then if you say anything you got an attitude if you say to yourself while I'll just get a 2 L and we'll split it nah you only can do that if you take it with you so basically you have to snake your drinks in and hope that you don't get caught basically better to get your pizza eat it and drink your own ... read more
Food is great but don’t drink the water it’s Horrible first clue sign on front door. Outside drinks not allowed!!!
Poor customer service. Walked in to the restaurant Saturday evening and the cashier was screaming at a customer and another waitress was assertive to another customer saying dinners take an hour to cook for wait time. Felt uncomfortable from the get-go.
