I placed an order for several pieces and received an order confirmation on October 9, 2018 via e-mail. My credit card was charged. Today, October 25, 2018, I have not heard a word about the order. I have called the customer service number which has now been assigned to another business, and no other phone numbers work. I have e-mailed repeatedly with no response. I ordered a gift from this company for a wedding gift. They immediately debited my credit card. One month later the item was shipped. I wrote to them numerous times to check on it. They never responded. I wanted it to get there in time for the wedding shower. Needless to say it didn't make it. After I wrote them that I would report them to the BBB they wrote back in a matter of a couple of hours. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.
