We ordered a home last April. It was built and sent to you on September 29, 2021. It’s been 215 days as of May 1, 2022. That’s how long my house has been sitting on your lot. A completed home ready for delivery. With every excuse possible. Except the one that states “we can make an extra $60k if we can just get you to back off and change your mind. hate that I have to give one star to be able to compose a review. They certainly have not earned a star at all. We signed a contract for our home with Dinkins one year ago today. April 2021. Our home was delivered to Dinkins on September 29, 2021. It has been almost 7 months since the home was delivered to them and it has still not been set up or delivered to our property.
