Hung up on me after I called asking if she received my messages two days before the appointment to cancel as she didn’t respond to them so I called to ask if she had something today she said I didn’t show. If there was a misunderstanding I would have paid a no show fee but her actual voicemail was full and she didn’t respond to the facebook messages like she did before when I came in. I was shocked that she just hung up on me instead of listening to what I was saying that I in fact had cancelled. I don’t recommend At All.

I won’t go to anybody but Beverly. I even flew from Canada to have a treatment, because I trust her that much. You’re in good hands.

Bev is the best. Very thorough in her explanation of the process, what and how long it takes, and what your expectations can be based on the size, location, and color of your tattoo. Her office is immaculate and clean. I would highly recommend her and her services to everyone who needs them.

Very professional,pleasant environment,educated on the process and outcome of treatments. Received my 2sd session yesterday. I can't wait for the 3rd as I have already seen results from the 1st session. Recommended!!!

Let me just start off by saying how beautiful and professional her office space is. It's warm and inviting and it looks like it should be in a Better Homes and Garden Magazine. It's gorgeous inside. Just like the owner Beverly. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out, I felt comfortable and cared for. I had my first treatment today to remove a tattoo off the side of my foot. The office was very nice and clean. Beverly was very sweet & comforting which was great because I was very nervous. It really wasn't that bad after all.. I look forward to going to my next session..Hopefully I will only have one more session after that one. I will be sure to post before and after pic.
