The negative comments on the Dining Center are pretty old. They have really improved their food! There is a fresh salad bar, made to order sandwich bar, pasta bar, fresh pizza daily, and soft serve ice cream, as well as vegetarian/vegan options, a dessert bar, and several choices of balanced, healthy meals daily.
Food is pretty terrible. Like once a week there might be something good. It's great that they have salad and cereal all day as alternatives, but even that can be bad. Normally the lettuce has a funky taste from sitting out too long and the milk also has a super weird taste. I've kept some in a cup overnight in my fridge and by the NEXT MORNING it was sour and separated. Really glad I'm paying so much for these meals � But at least the staff is nice!
When I leave this place I will miss the anytime meal plan and the fantastic staff in carkoski the most. Nuff said
