Upper class coocking in Hoboken, in Hoboken? – Fantastic fresh food that tastes amazing. Great selection of cheeses. Never tried a main course though,so cannot comment on those. No liquor license ,so bring your own wine. No corking fee, which is a huge plus. Emergency liquor store is right around the corner and has very decent selection of wines, but not the champagnes. Best FOOD in Hoboken – I don't know what Kellysan24 is talking about. This is clearly the best place in Hoboken, if you're talking about FOOD. Chef Anthony Pino just seems to "get it," when creating dishes for regular people. This isn't art-food, it's real food that makes sense and makes me feel good. This is a restaurant that could easily thrive in the West Village or Soho, alongside some of NY's venerable small destinations. Not as good as it used to be.... – We've been going to Anthony David's for the last 5+years. Up until now it had a been a pleasurable dining experience. Last Friday, we had dinner at Anthony David's. We ordered the cheeseplate, caesar salad, crispy duck with polenta and the pumpkin tagliatalle. We also brought along our own wine.
