I think this dentist has so many patient they don't need and care for more, I was there at my first visit, they sent me to take an X-ray at an external place and then never got back to me for news & update, when I called a few weeks later, they said the doctor is too busy and didn't have time to look at the X-ray report yet. I think I will look for another dentist that is less busy or know how to manage their time...
Definitely a professional at insurance scam and the work this incompetent dentist does requires you to go back several times to fix the initial problem a patient would have gone in for. I hope he gets investigated, it’s past due.
