I took my car to this body shop because it was a small family owned body. They keep the car for about 3 weeks. When I went to pick up the car, after I had signed the checks over. They tell me that the transmission is out of it. It drove fine when I brought it to this shop. They let the battery go dead and Repeatedly jump started the car on really low battery. Needed bumper repaired after being rear-ended by an SUV with snow-plow attachment. Great service, great results. Repair estimate was best out of three we got. Nic Mertz was a pleasure to work with. Bumper, paint and tail lights look brand new. Would recommend this local business.
Definitely will not be bringing my car to this place. The estimate did come in lower than other shops, but the attitude of the gentleman assisting me was less than satisfactory. My car is my property and I am proud to own something do nice, but when I told the man how much I valued my car he laughed and said, " you'll fall out of love with it soon and get something else."
