I had about a half gallon of wall paint spill in the back of my Ford Explorer. Not only did they service my problem on the spot but, also did not charge me a penny. I will certainly be back for a detail soon!
Very professional very polite well impressed with her customer service. If you're in the market to have some restoration done or maybe even a minor scratch touched up on your car if these guys aren't on your shopping list you need to move them to the top two because they treated us very well and I will be returning to have my rims restored. Great example of excellent customer service! I stopped by just to ask some advice on what I should use to remove a sticky residue from my door. As I got out of my car, I was approached by two employees ready to help with whatever I needed. I explained that I just had a question and as I was asking the question, one employee left and immediately returned with a rag and removed the residue completely. Those two young men were friendly, polite, and efficient - very refreshing in today's world. Thank you!!!
With too little time to take care of my car on a regular basis, I came to Dings n Dents to undo the damage of stains from two kids spilling���� over the past 6 months. Taylor was very polite, explained how much labor would be involved, gave me a fair price, and the outcome is amazing!!! I am very happy with how the inside of my car looks (almost brand new) and will certainly come back again. �
