I've been a patient almost since day one. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and they try very hard to accommodate my needs. While it's always easy to schedule a yearly physical, a sick appointment is different. Yet, the staff always manages to get me in when I'm not well, and thankfully the wait isn't long. The Dingmans area would be lost without this facility!
This review is strictly for front office staff. The Phys Assistant was wonderful but she is retiring shortly. I was immediately attacked at the front office requesting a 75.00 payment up front for services rendered. I was there for a physical follow up which should be covered 100% by my insurance HRA and I should not be responsible to come out of pocket until that is used up.
