New to the area and the " Scrambled Dog" was every but as good as I had heard !!!
Awesome since my first one way back in the 60's!
I'd go back again to try a different version this time.
this might be the best chili dog in the state. scrambled dog. hot dog, smothers in chili, onions topped with oyster crackers and pickles . you eat it with a spoon at a lunch counter that's den popular for well over 50 years. magnificent!
Some of the best food around and the atmosphere was just as great!
Two wieners, onions, cheese, a dash of Tabasco and crackers on the side make a meal and brings back memories of Lieutenant toiling at the stove. Thanks to Ernestine and Terry for keeping the legends alive. Oh, and I'll have a Diet Coke with cherry, please.
