I was waiting for my order standing there by the counter and one of the ladies that bags the food she turned around when they were making the egg rolls and she blew her nose with her hand and she didn't wash her hands I told her about it and she got very angry and I asked her why she didn't wash her hands and I never went again I just want to share that, because she has alot of clients that come back to eat their food and for them to be dirty that way. Great spot for takeout. Fast service and large portions
First off don't argue with the customer, ever. I ordered Orange Chicken and Pork fried rice. I received Sesame chicken and noodles with broccoli. I call to notify them my delivery brought the wrong food. I did so because now someone else is now not getting their food and the restaurant will now lose money on both orders potentially. The lady in the phone argued the entire time when I did not want a refund, I just wanted my food and courteous call to let them know of the mistake. 4.5 rating food is excellent people friendly
I went in to try ding ho kitchen for the first time today because i saw it had good reviews and i regret trying it. One thing i always look forwards to in Chinese food is the chow mein noodles and for some reason their noodles were super bland and white that had no flavor at all. Some of the noodles were still a bit hard i will say the pork was okay. Not the best. I had gotten a combination plate with the sweet and sour pork.
