Dr Chawla was very conscientious and examined my eyes carefully. It was easy to make an appointment with his clinic. Highly recommended.
Dr Chawla is so thorough and kind. He has been an excellent resource to assist my husband with diabetic retinopathy and laser therapy. I have the utmost confidence in his ability to capture the most sensitive changes in eye health.
office is dirty. wait room very crowded. appointments never close to being on time.

It is true that the visit is ling with mostly waiting, and the surroundings are not aesthetically designed, but these things can be changed if they are critical to having a good doctor. These are not. The Dr is kind and careful, thoroughly knowledgeable about his speciality.

They don’t have enough staffs. Only two people. They will let you in the room after long period of waiting , ask one question and then leave; come back after 45 minutes and again leave. It’s just crazy. Not enough explanation and suggestions. Plan to be there from 2 hours to 4 hours per one person.
The administration in the office was terrible. They did not appreciate my time: their service cannot be on time. The doctor was also not helpful as he told nothing after a visit. Never visit again.
