This review is based solely on the receptionist who answered the phone. I was referree to Dr. Dines from my doctor for a second opinion on my knees. The receptionist with an South Asian accent was rude from the first words out of her mouth. I asked if they accepted my insurance and gave complete attitude, instead of just saying yes we do. Then she asked what is this in regards to, I said I was referred by my doctor to see this office for a second opinion, being this doctor specializes in it. Dr. David Dines has unsurpassed surgical skill and bedside manner and I am extremely pleased with my choosing him as my surgeon
The office hygiene was questionable - I saw used bandages left in the exam room and the equipment looked outdated. For a medical facility, this is unacceptable. Dr. Dines also interrupted me constantly during my concerns about knee pain. Won't be returning.
I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time just to be rushed through a 5-minute consultation. Dr. Dines barely looked at my MRI scans before recommending an unnecessary surgery. The front desk staff were dismissive when I complained about the wait. Terrible experience for someone in chronic pain.
