RecommendedI haven’t been to Diner 23 in a long time but my girlfriend and I decided to have a breakfast date this morning and it was fantastic. The food was cooked to perfection and had wonderful flavor. The hashbrowns were our favorite. The atmosphere was great as it made you feel like you had stepped back in time and the waitress was very polite. We look forward to visiting again!
food was good but the waitress was even better best service I've had in awhile
