We've always loved food from The Diner. But the past few time's we've called in Take Out orders, I've been asked to call back later so they could run credit cards, which I've understood. But tonight I was told they were too busy to take my order. Very disappointing.

Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience. We recently lost a line cook that we are in the midst if replacing. Please bare with us while we catch their replacement up to speed.
We eat at the Diner often and usually share a dinner as their portions are large and we have very small appetites. The service is always great, and the food is homemade and delicious. We were so unhappy when Agnes closed her restaurant, so we are happy to have found the Diner.
The nicest staff, and some of the best food I've had in a long time. They were quick and kept checking on drinks regularly. Hands down the best place for a Sunday morning breakfast.

We were up in Mt. Pleasant for the first time a few weeks ago testing our new camper. Had the pleasure of stumbling onto The Diner by mistake but was definitely a stroke of luck for us. Had an incredible breakfast with great service and reasonable prices. Will definitely return whenever we are up in their neck of the woods again!!!!!

Are they under new management because me my wife and our two young ones ate there and the food was so so and very pricy like 40.00 and all we got was basic breakfast.

No the management has been the same for 3 years. Some of the prices have changed 1 time since the original take over but only by 20 or 30 cents in the past 3 years from the menu prices from the previous owners.
