The quality of care provided by doctors is excellent. Unfortunately, I am unable to say the same about the telephone lines. I have attempted to call for an urgent appointment for the past week, but I have been unable to reach anyone. If I am lucky to get a human after prolonged wait times I am not helped and transfer over to the main office just to be put back on hold again , for more than 30 mins, todays call has been for almost an hour. I will have to go in person. Portal communication is not the best.
