I asked for a trim and NOOOOOO layers said it three times no layers I got a Hispanic lady that spoke clear English so I knew she understood me perfectly!!! She hacked away at my hair and the person I brung with me told me to look at the back where she cut bangs sort of like layers in my longgggg hair but worse short pieces everywhere as if she was meaning for me to look horrible I have pieces sticking up everywhere like a mohawk that won’t stay down just sticking straight up she layered it sooooo bad in the front of my face ... read more

Went there 8 months ago it was okay. Then I went there before Thanksgiving and the lady who gave my haircut cut the front really bad. It was slated. And just like last time I kept having to tell her shorter, shorter, shorter. I had her cut 3 times shorter because she would barely take any off. Then she did a comb over when I didn't want that (there shouldn't be enough to move my hair the way I wanted it, let alone be able to comb it over) . Language barrier issue again. Well, this was my spot for a good haircut since they opened, but the last few times I've been there, I had to wait for an hour or more for a cut. Only 2 people are working, and they are busy, and one of the people has to keep stopping and answer the phone, slowing her down. You need to hire a few more people. I only keep going here because the prices are fair, but my time is limited, so paying a few extra dollars to get better service is worth it. Sorry you lost a loyal customer.
