Mr. Christopher came out and inspected my basement. The conversation was that if I had any work done it would be $150. I specified $150 for patch work and stated yes. After doing an inspection of my basement and picking up 2 dead rats he charged me $150. He DIDN'T spray, patch or lay down any traps.... He only picked up 2 rats from traps that were previously laid by terminix. Again, he didn't do any other work but pick up 2 dead rats....
