While I think Dr. Giesler does a great job be aware that they will swag the amount that you owe them before insurance. "We dont have the office staff to research your insurance to find out how much they will pay us." This sometimes results in a positive balance on your account. They do not cut you a check to refund this money this is held for future visits. The work they do is great but I am not a fan of the office staff and office financial practices. For this reason we made a change.
Average Dentist. I was expecting a little more after her website made her office seem like an exceptional dentist. Staff was average. Teeth cleaning average. I would still like to shop around for more up to date practice. For the price I could get much more. I was very disapointed that the permanente retainer was not very permanent. I had to pay a much better dentist to remove it and properly install it. Thanks
