其實不輸永康街創始店！小籠包內餡夠新鮮，沒有油耗味，而且湯汁不是用豬油混充，所以連續吃好幾顆也不會讓人有油膩不適的感覺。倒是紅油炒手的醬汁口味可以再加重，將紅油的特色具體呈現出來。
