Every time I have been to Din Tai Fung (both here and in Arcadia) I have come away more than satisfied. The shumai and juicy pork dumplings are the BEST! The staff is super cheerful and nice. The only downside is the place is so popular there can be a wait. However they have a great system - they will call you on the phone when your table is ready - leaving plenty of space to check out the Americana while you wait for you place at the table of deliciousness.
