Wife got food poisoning and has been throwing up since 4am it’s now 8am and threw up all the dumplings
I would not speak with anyone about the food (i said only about food) who says Din tai fung food is good (at least both Irvine ones). Seems like the company hired bunch of ppl who have never had good chinese food or even visited asia. I almost feel bad for ppl who have not tried authentic ones, but I guess some ppl like del taco over los cholos.
Exceptional food, the servers were moving very slow although they have an army of them. When you wait over 2 hours to get a table and then another 15-20min for them to take your order and the another 15-20 min to start getting the drinks at the table and then even more to get the food. It is very frustrating. The food did not disappoint!
