First time I tried it and it was wonderful. Would Go Back anytime.

Always packed and for good reason. You can watch the staff make their delectable dumplings while you wait.
One of my favorite places to eat. Be prepared for an hour-plus wait. Very popular places in Bellevue and Seattle!
These are very definitely Taiwan - style dim sum. The soup dumplings are absolutely consistent with those served in Taipei. The single diner, though, will be a little disappointed: all the dumplings come in servings of ten items. That makes tasting a variety of the restaurant's offerings expensive. On the plus side, the carry-out bags are stylish.
It is very good and despite the line at the door the place is huge and can seat you quickly. A little spendy for dim sum but the rent there must be outrageous. Very clean as far as I could tell.

For a Saturday noon time, we waited for almost 1.5 hr. Just to have a party of 4.. it's not bad at all for the service, food and cleanliness of this Taiwanese kau kau place.. I'll give the price 3 star.
