i did give five stars. But as i think about my experience with wait staff and hostess. I think less of the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. But the hostes gave me a once over like all skinny girls do to bigger women. The waiter asked if my s/o wanted a refil on beverage but did not wait for an answer when he did NOT want more to drink.

I've been to the one in shanghai and Seattle they taste exactly the same. It speaks volumes about how much they care about food quality.

Best dim sum I've never had! Waiting staff was amazing and very helpful. Also loved being able to see the chefs work. Very elegant and beautiful restaurant. :)

Food is delicious and authentic. It is not your Americanized Chinese food. Service is excellent. You will get a lot of help from your waiter/waitress if you don't know what to order. Keep an open mind if you never tried genuine Chinese food before.

I was in awe with how delicious everything was. Also, we had an amazing waitress, and were given assistance in what to order......SHE WAS RIGHT. Thank you so much.
