Dr. Dimson is very professional and friendly. She is very competent and explains everything well. I really like her.
Dr Dimson is very nice and helpful with any and all questions. Full body exam is thorough and she checks all spots and concerns. She’s very personable and concerned about you as a person. Can’t be fun doing full body skin checks all day but she is very engaged in what she does and doesn’t cut corners. I’ve heard of people getting skin cancer in some of the most obscure areas and she is diligent about checking all areas unless you’re not wanting her to. I wasn't too impressed with this doctor. She acted like I wasn't good enough to be in her office.
I am a medical professional and I was surprised at how poor the dermatologist’s bed side manner was. I can’t even remember her name because she barely took the time to become acquainted. I had a fear I wasn’t going to be listened to and it was exactly that. She did not ask medical history, talked over me, yelled blanket medical statements at me with no explanations, and basically said she couldn’t help me. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Dr. Dimson gave the most thorough and well explained dermatology exam I've ever had. She is the definition of professional and a truly caring doctor. Highly recommend
If I could show photos of the before and after of my hideous leg condition, I would. An autoimmune disease frequently ravages my skin (tanning beds didn’t help my issues), and for the first time in almost 20 years, I wore dresses without hose to work all summer. She’s brilliant. And kind.
I used Dr Dimson for 9 yrs when I got MRSA on my face in 2010. After that, I'd go for rechecks every 6 months & referred 3 family members to her. For 9 yrs, I was content but I will admit that she made unprofessional comments about her staff & I chalked it up to a bad day; I also overheard things in her office about her being rude, hateful, and unprofessional to staff & patients alike.
