DO NOT LIVE HERE!! You will micromanaged excessively and you will be charged for the most minuscule things. The front office woman is absolutely atrocious. She just came to our space and got into a screaming match with us because our children are playing outside(yes they are old enough to understand that they need to move to the side of the road if a car is coming) while we are ALSO outside. 10/10 do not recommend living here. They keep jacking up lot rent, then they give you ridiculous charges for things you're not even in violation of. Like the vehicle they (Mikelyn) asked me to move before November 13th, otherwise they would fine me. I had it gone on November 12th and they still fined me $25.00, because I still havent brought them the actual registration. Just a bill of sale, but the vehicle was gone before the required date, so now why do you still need the registration? Ya don't! Cheapskates!
