Do Not Take Your Vehicle to Defouw Automotive! Defouw has undoubtedly provided the most horrendous customer service experience we've ever encountered with any business. You Decide if you would trust this service dealership with your mothers car, I feel like I was conned from their service department. I was told I could walk out the door for a transmission repair for $7,700 with taxes, I could not have done the repair for too much more as I could not get that big of loan on the car as it was not valued more than 8800.00. 6 Weeks later, I received a call that they had found a module that cost 5,000 that needed to be replaced. I bought my car from George Moore Chevrolet 4 years ago and have less then 36,000 miles on my car my seat back frame went and all I was told was that it was going to be a month before my car part was going to be available. I have since been in contact with GM about said part and no one can give me a correct answer on when this is going to be available. Be careful if you plan on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The sales staff/management inexperience is evident. Would not honor their word on a service for a vehicle I purchased. Honesty goes a long way and unfortunately this dealership lacks that quality. Very dishonest sales staff.
my sales person, Brett Wilkinbird was great, he was super helpful, not pushy and helped us find the right vehicle in our budget. It was a fun process and not like I thought it would be at all. I’ll definitely go back and buy from the Brett Wilken Bird at Jim Trenary

We leased a Trailblazer and are very happy with the car. The service department, not so much. They put my temporary plate on with the screws stripped and the plate fell off in my driveway. I took it to the dealer the next day and their 'fix' was to put teflon tape on the screws and that didn't work, either. I contacted them and have yet to get them to fix it. Also, they were supposed to get back to me regarding how to get my new plates but didn't bother calling back. Not satisfied at all.
Wrong diognostic. Ripped off 8k and core Broke more parts. Altered parts 4xs mis diognosted truck. Refuse refund. Refused take truck back " to soon take this truck at this time" parts warrentee viod. Extended Powertrain viod. Truck undrivable. Notes twisted work records alteted. Barry lied continuously to state investigations. And even gibbers. Misdiagnosed.
