This review is for the service department. After servicing my Trax (bought new) here every six months for 7.5 years, exclusively, I gave it to a relative in another city. Their local Chevy dealer service said the previous tire rotation stripped lug nuts and damage a wheel (among other minor issues), requiring $500 to repair. Went in today because of posting on their website. They had the vehicle that was advertised and I was interested. Then they proceeded to hack away at the advertised discount by adding on dealer added options and then wouldn’t honor the advertised interest rate with the manager telling me they didn’t even offer the 1.9% interest for 72 months.
