I took my 2007 Corvette to City Chevrolet because I had a power steering hose leaking. They told me the power steering unit was also out and that I needed to replace. I also agreed to repair an air dam under the front end. Their total was $4250! I paid their $150 diagnostic fee and left with my car. Two days later I went to Aces Automotive in Indian Trail. I was a loyal customer with Novi Chevrolet for 7+ years and have never been treated with such disrespect when trying to lease a vehicle. I noticed a lot of new faces at Novi when I walked in to roll into a new lease. Salesman Jack Ringwood was very unprofessional, pushy, and argued a $15 a month difference on a bottom-line stock Equinox he put me in at $1500 down, 430$ a month. Terrible manager. I was attempting to buy a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation with driver side rear tailend damage, real light and bumper.
