I am only rating this high because of our salesman Spencer who was fantastic. we left a deposit a year ago for a Cadillac escalade v. It was just delivered to Cavenders of Lubbock and we went to look at it and finish the purchasing of the vehicle we were told the wheels were in and emblems would be changed out they had it all but that was the way they ship all of them to dealership. we finished purchasing the vehicle and was told they would deliver the vehicle to our home the next day. Let me start by saying that I bought 2 Cadillacs from this location. Last one was 2023 CT5 Blackwing. Took it for oil change last year (2024) and the technician found nails on my tires. They recommend replacing the tires and gave me a loaner to get around for a day till the tires were replaced. Expensive but I loved the way I was treated. When I got the car a day after, they recommended to purchase an insure for the tires, so I did not have to pay for 3 years. I paid $1,800 and left.
