My family and I have purchased many vehicles from Dimmitt automotive group over the past 8 years from Chevrolet to Cadillac. I am in the market for a new Cadillac and I contacted sales at Dimmitt Cadillac. This dealer has a hard time returning calls and providing the typical dealer services you would expect. Just go through the comments and you'll see. I have been trying to purchase a Porsche and Todd, who I spoke with yesterday didn't seem in the least interested in selling. If you want to have a hard time getting service or even a call back shop here. Again, just go through the comments
If you want to throw your money away then this is the place for you. They are very shady and deceptive. Make sure you purchase a vehicle somewhere else. Best advice I could give you.
Great experience with Nick and Kevin. These guys do what they say. No playing dealership games. Just professional, stand up dealership. After dealing with Mercedes Benz of Tampa and that horrible experience. I was relieved to deal with Nick. They make it very difficult buying a car elsewhere. Thank you guys!
