I previously owned a McLaren and chose this dealership for service and warranty work. They currently owe me money which I have been unable to receive nor get a response regarding(months now..). While they are prompt when it comes to taking your money, the support falls apart when you actually need assistance. My family and I have purchased many vehicles from Dimmitt automotive group over the past 8 years from Chevrolet to Cadillac. I am in the market for a new Cadillac and I contacted sales at Dimmitt Cadillac. This dealer has a hard time returning calls and providing the typical dealer services you would expect. Just go through the comments and you'll see. I have been trying to purchase a Porsche and Todd, who I spoke with yesterday didn't seem in the least interested in selling. If you want to have a hard time getting service or even a call back shop here. Again, just go through the comments
