rude staff, they don't take your feelings into consideration, when they say" just call us through the remote if you need anything" make sure it's an hour before you die, get a heart attack or feel any type of pain because they take forever to actually cone in your room and see you.
Today marks two weeks since my Mom’s passing, I want to thank the staff at DRH who helped to take care of our mom and be with us in our most difficult day of our lives. As a nurse, I know the importance of maintaining patient dignity and respect, that day my mom and our family saw it first hand , from the Drs, Nurses, CNAs, and EVS. Thank you, makes me proud to be a part if the DRH family.
I recommend all of the hospital.
Uuh how are you gonna give morphine to some one for stomach aches? And they were gonna give IV because a lil case of the shits. Then they allowed to remove own IV with out even trying to stop her. And they took a person with a limp before they saw a person with stomach pains. You might as well just let your own children take care of you with a medical kit from the dollar store. I have a dear friend, who is getting excellent care and the hospital and the grace of our Lord is saving her life. She is happy, a bit tired from the medication, disabled and it is wonderful that the State of Texas offers this for people who really need it. She has always worked hard, has a wonderful family who all work, and the disability came on suddenly. She would work if she could and is an awesome grandmother and mother.
